How often should I service my aircon?
For most residential units, we recommend a full service every three to four months. If you run your air conditioner more than eight hours a day or have pets at home, quarterly servicing prevents dust and fur from clogging the filters and evaporator coils, which can reduce cooling output and increase electricity consumption.
What does chemical wash include?
Our chemical wash involves dismantling the front panel and filters, applying a specialised alkaline-based cleaning solution to the evaporator coil, fan blower and drainage tray, then rinsing thoroughly with pressurised water. This removes deep-seated mould, bacteria and stubborn grease that a regular dry service cannot reach, restoring airflow and eliminating musty odours.
Do you cover my area?
We service the entire Klang Valley including Petaling Jaya, Subang Jaya, Shah Alam, Puchong, Cheras, Ampang, Kepong, Bangsar and all areas within Kuala Lumpur. For locations outside these zones, give us a call and we'll do our best to arrange a visit — a small transport surcharge may apply for distant locations.

For standard appointments, we can typically schedule a visit within 24 hours. Emergency calls — such as a complete system breakdown or active water leak — are prioritised and we aim to dispatch a technician within two to four hours, depending on your location and current demand.
Are your technicians certified?
Yes. Every technician on our roster holds a valid NRCA (National Refrigeration and Air Conditioning) licence issued by the Construction Industry Development Board.
