Deep-clean your AC from the inside out — eliminate mould, bacteria, and years of hidden grime.
A chemical wash goes far beyond a standard filter rinse or basic service. We partially disassemble the indoor unit, remove the filters and covers, then apply a specially formulated alkaline cleaning solution directly to the evaporator coils, blower fan, and drainage tray. The solution dissolves stubborn dirt, grease, mould colonies, and bacterial biofilm that regular cleaning simply cannot reach.
Over time, moisture inside an air conditioning unit creates the perfect breeding ground for mould and bacteria. You might notice a stale or musty smell when the AC kicks in, reduced airflow even on full speed, or water dripping from the unit. These are all signs that the internal components are clogged with biological growth and debris — and a chemical wash is the most effective way to deal with it.
After soaking, we rinse the coils thoroughly with pressurised water, flush the entire drainage system, and reassemble the unit. The result is noticeably colder air output, stronger airflow, quieter operation, and — most importantly — cleaner air for you and your family to breathe. Many customers tell us it feels like having a brand-new aircon again.
We use eco-friendly, non-corrosive solvents that are tough on grime but safe for the aluminium fins and copper tubing inside your unit. Our technicians take care to protect your walls and flooring with plastic sheeting and a drainage bib throughout the process, so there is no mess left behind.
We switch off the unit, lay protective sheets below, and attach a drainage bib around the indoor unit to catch all runoff water and cleaning solution.
Filters, front panel, and swing louvers are removed. For heavily soiled units, the blower fan is also extracted for separate soaking.
Our eco-friendly alkaline solution is sprayed generously onto the evaporator coils, fan barrel, and drain tray. We allow it to dwell for 15–20 minutes to break down all deposits.
Using a low-pressure washer, we flush every surface until the rinse water runs completely clear. The drain line is also flushed to remove any blockage.
Everything is put back together, the unit is powered on, and we verify temperature output, airflow, drainage, and noise levels before signing off.
