Properly installed, perfectly commissioned — so your new aircon performs exactly as the manufacturer intended.
A quality air conditioning unit is only as good as its installation. Poor mounting, kinked copper pipes, incorrect vacuum procedures, or sloppy electrical connections can slash cooling performance by 30% or more — and may void your manufacturer warranty entirely. At CoolBreeze Solutions, we follow manufacturer guidelines to the letter on every single install.
Whether you are fitting out a new home, upgrading old units in your office, or relocating an existing system to a different room, our installation team handles the complete scope: wall or ceiling mounting, copper piping and insulation, condensate drainage, electrical wiring to the isolator, vacuum pump evacuation, refrigerant charging, and full commissioning with temperature and pressure verification.
We also help with sizing. Choosing the right capacity — measured in HP or BTU — matters more than most people realise. An undersized unit will run constantly without ever reaching a comfortable temperature, while an oversized one short-cycles and creates uneven cooling with excess humidity. We consider room dimensions, ceiling height, sun exposure, occupancy, and heat-generating equipment to recommend the ideal capacity for your space.
Our scope covers wall-mounted splits, multi-split systems (one outdoor unit serving multiple indoor units), four-way cassettes for commercial ceilings, and ducted systems for larger offices or bungalows. We work with all major brands and can coordinate directly with your renovation contractor if the project involves concealed piping or bulkhead carpentry.
We visit your location to assess wall structure, piping route, drainage options, and electrical supply. We then recommend the right unit capacity and placement for optimal airflow.
The indoor bracket is levelled and secured, copper pipes are measured, flared, and connected with torque-spec nuts, and the condensate drain is routed with correct fall gradient.
The outdoor unit is positioned on rubber anti-vibration pads, electrical cables are run to the isolator, and the circuit breaker is verified for the correct amperage rating.
We pull a deep vacuum on the line set to remove moisture and air, hold it for a minimum of 20 minutes to confirm no leaks, then release the factory refrigerant charge.
The system is powered on and we check supply and return air temperatures, refrigerant pressures, drainage flow, and remote control functions. We walk you through operation and hand over all documentation.
Installation costs depend on unit type, piping length, and site conditions. Here are starting prices:
From RM250
Standard back-to-back installation with up to 3 metres of piping. Includes bracket, trunking, and drainage.
RM35–RM55 per metre
Additional copper piping and insulation beyond the standard 3-metre allowance, depending on pipe diameter.
From RM450
Includes ceiling frame, drainage pump (if required), and condensate piping to the nearest drain point.
