During a standard maintenance visit, our technician washes the filters and front panel, checks the evaporator and condenser coils for dirt buildup, flushes the condensate drain line, inspects electrical connections for tightness and signs of heat damage, measures refrigerant pressures, and tests the thermostat accuracy. It takes roughly 30 to 45 minutes per unit and leaves you with a system that cools better, uses less electricity, and is far less likely to fail unexpectedly.
For households, we recommend servicing every three months — roughly once per quarter. Malaysia's year-round heat and humidity mean our aircons work harder than in temperate climates, so the coils and filters accumulate dirt faster. Homes with pets, smokers, or heavy cooking may benefit from even more frequent service. For commercial premises that run AC 10 to 12 hours daily, quarterly servicing is the minimum; high-traffic environments like restaurants and clinics often benefit from bi-monthly visits.

For offices, shoplots, and F&B outlets. Covers cassette, ceiling, and wall-mounted units. Bi-monthly option available.
